We are a congregation of the PCA, the Presbyterian Church in America which began in 1973. We are committed to the Great Commission and verse by verse teaching of the inerrant Word of God. Throughout our ministries, we seek to proclaim the whole counsel of God, calling and equipping the saints for the work of ministry. If you choose to visit us, we hope you will discover a loving Christ-centered community.
The vision for Mercy PCA began in 2007, when an evangelist was called and sent by New River Presbytery to Morgantown. Today we have seven church officers, an RUF college pastor at WVU, and we are actively seeking a permanent facility to further the Good News of Jesus.
We would love to meet you in person, whether you have lots of questions or you have been a believer for many years. Let us know how we can serve you, and we invite you to come and serve the Triune God with us in worship, in community and in mission. Soli Deo Gloria!
Heads up! We don't want to lose you.
Beginning Sunday, February 7th we'll be worshiping at the former
Crossroads Church building (map) in Westover, located at 15 Harrison St.
Please sit in family groups and wear a mask as directed by our governor. Seating will be appropriately distanced. Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry.
If you're in a high risk group, please consider remaining at home and joining us virtually via the recorded sermon audio that will be posted shortly after the service each week. You'll be with us in spirit!
