Speaking Truthfully

One of the reasons for the Sermon on the Mount is that believers still struggle with sin. Today as we consider the topic of speaking truthfully, we hear Jesus once again direct his teaching toward the heart of man. The tongue will only speak truth if the heart is devoted to honesty. May God help us as we look to Him to transform our hearts through the gospel.
