This Charge I Entrust to You

Christianity is more like a warship than “the Love Boat”. If we take seriously our call to steward the great gift of the gospel which has been entrusted to us, we will be corrected and instructed as we sit under the teaching of Scripture and sound doctrine. Similarly, as we hold out the gospel in evangelism, it’s inevitable that error and heresy must be confronted for the purpose of saving sinners just like us.
