The Way of Persistence

Whether healing a Syrophoenician woman’s daughter in the first century or dealing with us today, we have a savior who is not far away but rather one who gets very close to and intimate with us. In lovingkindness, he invites us into a faith that persistently believes the promises of God and persistently expects his purposes. We long for the day when he completes his cosmic renewal of making all things new and filling the earth with his glory.
