God’s Love and Fondness for You

Do you realize that God not only loves you, but He likes you, too? Luther captured the idea that we are simultaneously sinners and saints, so we need to preach the gospel to ourselves daily as it tends to leak out of us. God’s covenant, agape love for us means that the Father got what He paid for. Not one drop of His Son’s blood was wasted. Jesus now intercedes for us from the right hand of the Father, securing our place as children of God.
