Twelve Years of Life, Twelve Years of Death

Luke’s account of the 12-year-old girl who Jesus raised from the dead and His healing of the woman who had an issue of blood for 12 years illustrate how Jesus treats us differently because He loves us the same. The common theme for both examples is that Jesus responds to our faith and belief in Him. We may not always understand His response but we can have assurance that it is out of His love for us.
