The Purpose of Grace

As the Christian enjoys the grace of repentance, they will develop an increasing intolerance of and distaste for sin. The purpose of God’s grace is to transform us to look like Jesus and so carry out his commission for us. Be encouraged in your struggle against sin as evidence that the Holy Spirit is at work in you.
