All Your Sins Washed Away!

In the narrative of the baptism of Jesus, from the last of the Old Testament prophets John the Baptizer, we hear a solemn call to repentance extended to God’s people of his day. Of note, this call was later the first message from Jesus during His public ministry. Biblical evangelism must always include a call to repentance, without which it cannot save. Salvation involves justification that is always accompanied by sanctification.
